Led national distribution standards, Route-to-Market strategy, commercial transport, third-party partnerships and strategic capital projects, delivering distribution cost savings and new depots on time and on budget.

Implemented centralised procurement, led tender management and managed annual supplier spend exceeding US$40 million across technical, marketing and general categories.

Provided sourcing analysis expertise, procurement support and supplier relationship management.
Professional Foundation
Developed through several supply chain management positions, beginning in the management trainee programme and earning a substantive appointment within 15 months.
Reporting to the Group Chief Commercial Officer and accountable to the Botswana Board, he provides strategic direction, oversees operational, commercial and financial performance, develops the executive team, and maintains governance, risk, compliance, safety and sustainability frameworks.
Delivered top-line growth for five successive years, developed high-performing teams and led the FY2024-FY2025 turnaround from a loss-making position to profitability. Historical annual revenue responsibility was approximately US$16 million.
Established an independent Botswana Business Unit, delivered approximately 9% compound annual volume growth and 15% compound annual revenue growth over six years, and earned Best Performing Region recognition in 2017/18 and 2018/19.
